I got this a long time ago from Anime Link. Not much to say about this, it just a really nice Lum hanken-mono. I didnt watch too much Urusei Yatsura back in the day, it well before I got into anime. What I did see, I did enjoy though. Ah I remember the old days when your only source for anime was AnimEigo.
