Akiman was brought to Anime Expo 2016 by Square Enix to promote the Star Ocean series. I was told that the game was only average at best, but Square tapped the legendary Akiman to do the art for it. Akiman did sketches for everyone in the autograph line which was amazing. I felt bad for the staff though since 95% of the sketch requests were for Street Fighter characters.
