My cosplayer friend surprised me with this shikishi at Anime Expo 2018. This character os Elen from Madan No Ou To Vanadis. She is the main heroine in this light novel/manga/anime series. Yanai Nobuhiko is the mangaka for this series. I am pretty familiar with his art style and he seems to like to draw teeth a lot.
