I was glad to meet Terada at SDCC 2013 as the last time he was at SDCC was 12 years prior on 2001. At that time he was not around too much because he was sick. Terada is an illustrator with an unique art style and has done illustrations for many different mediums such as magazine covers, video game art, anime etc. This sketch is of Saya, a character from the anime Blood the Last Vampire. I do not know of any other animes that he did the character designs for.
