Kagawa was a guest at Omni Fandom Expo 2019, a relatively small con in Flordia. He is the character design for numerous series such as Sailormoon, Pretty Cure and Tiger Mask W. Sailor Mercury is my favorite character from the series. I especially enjoyed Ami-chan no Hatsukoi in which Kagawa actually was not the character designer for. The character designer for that OVA is Miho Shimogasa. That didnt stop me from asking for Mercury though.
