I got this from Umakoshi at Stan Lee's LA Comicon 2016. He is currently the character designer for the extremely popular My Hero Academia anime series. He has worked as character designer for numerous series such as Marmalade Boy, Saint Seiya, Precure, Mushishi, etc.
He also was the character designer for the 1st Berserk TV series. I loved this series and this sketch looks crazy good. I love the thick use of blacks and the expression that Guts has in this sketch.
