This sketch was done by Junichi Hayama at Youmacon 2017. He is mostly known for his work on Fist of the North Star and Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. The World is the "stand" of Dio and is very similar to Jotaro's Star Platinum. The ultimate ability of the stand is its ability to stop time. Which pretty much makes Dio OP.
